Delete branch "amr/rogged:font"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Started to switch over a few of the UI elements to one of the fonts (which I chose sort of at random just to test). It's working, except some of the text is being cut off slightly. Going to have to tweak things quite a bit.
Crap, there's now a conflict with the main branch. I'll have to figure out what that is.
4fe03a8952to64205e137cOkay, the conflict is solved, I rebased this onto main and fixed the small conflict that was there.
If @NotAShelf can take a look at this branch (yes the font is ugly but just make sure everything looks functional to you) we can then look at character sizes/spacing etc. I picked a font sort of at random, and there's lots of others to choose from.
WIP: render: implement experimental font change, needs workto render: implement experimental font change, needs workrender: implement experimental font change, needs workto render: implement experimental font changeOh, for those of you wondering, here are all the fonts I have licenses to use commercially. Let me know what you think, and if anyone has any preferences.
I just switched the font to Tomorrow Night, and spent a good while implementing font sizes and spacings in settings.h, as well as spending time improving all the text rendering. I think it looks pretty good, but I really would love feedback :)
This screenshot is still based on main with the unmerged fog of war code, so it would be nice to possibly merge this first so I don't have to do more rebasing.
a53942249cto0e926a34baI'm going to close this and open a fresh PR with everything squashed.
