    Code now licensed under MPLv2.
    See attached file spigot.zip. It includes:

    • spigot is the Linux executable, compiled with GCC -O3
    • spigot.exe is a Windows executable, compiled with mingw-g++ -O3 (I haven't personally tested this yet)
