Converts the entire site to an astro server, with real components that are not a pain in the ass to edit. I'm going to polish the site a little bit further later, but since this is functionally just HTML I think anyone can do it before I do.

I'm making this a draft for a bit tho, I'll add the deno adapter for a secure-er runtime.
